I was represented by this firm after being hit as a pedestrian. While I’m grateful my injuries were not worse, I did feel that my case didn’t receive much attention because it wasn’t a “big” injury claim. Communication was a major issue for me. I was told up front that the process would be explained clearly and that I’d receive regular updates, but I often had to reach out first just to understand where things stood. When we did speak, I sometimes felt dismissed rather than supported, especially when I was still dealing with the physical and emotional impact of the accident.
