My father recently was a client of this law firm. They were great to work with and took care of our case in an extremely timely and professional fashion. Brenda Council was especially helpful in keeping us up to date on the status of case. She was professional and responsive. My recent experience with this law firm was very positive. I was updated regularly and always encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. My first and last contact was with Brenda C. Brenda always replied to my voicemails which were rare because she answered calls the first time and replied to my emails quickly. Together with Atty K Petrone my case was well managed to a successful outcome. Kathleen Petrone was the best representative I could ask for because she believes in justice. She didn’t backdown and fought hard. I strongly recommend this firm for their knowledge, communication, dedication and professionalism.

Would not recommend this law firm, unless you like to be treated like nothing and be ignored, poor communication and uncaring.

Wonderful experience! I was referred to this law firm after property loss and damage after a denied claim by my insurer. My legal team was very communicative at the outset. All of my questions were followed up with prompt responses and I was kept abreast of any updates of my case. My case was settled and the process was smooth. I personally would like to thank K. I am a lawyer and I know I have a good case. I called this firm and spoke to one of the younger associates who never followed up with me. I called and emailed several more times. After that, I left voicemails for both of the named partners as Mr. Wheeler doesn’t work there anymore. No one ever got back to me. In my 30+ years of practicing law, I cannot imagine ever treating a potential new case this way.

Still not great. Update: It appears that this firm may have bought a bunch of good reviews about eight months ago. Beware! Most of these look fake. Ask yourself why they would need to do that? Other folks seem to be having the experience that I did... I'd love to write these guys a good review. They initially seemed very knowledgeable and supportive of my water-damage case. I spent a lot of time getting information to them and planning. Then ... silence. Turns out that they had decided not to represent me because I was in a rural area and the dollar amount wasn't high enough. That would have been fine, though puzzling given that they had told me my case was open and shut. However, THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TELLING ME that they wouldn't represent me. So months and months ticked by, all coming off the one-year deadline from State Farm, until I finally asked where we stood. By then, they were perfunctory in responses to my emails and didn't recommend any alternatives. They treated me poorly at that point. I didn't have time to figure out an alternative. So I got mistreated and disrespected by State Farm first, and then by Wheeer and Tony DiUlio. Bummer. If you've got a big-dollar claim, and live in the city, go for it, I suppose. But beware of them over-promising, saying everything will be easy, that the insurance companies usually settle, that all they need to do is send a simple letter, and so on. They told me all of this, but didn't deliver even a good-faith effort.

Thank you for providing me guidance and assisting me with the claims process. Without your knowledge, I would have not been able to proceed with my property damage claims.

Maaaaaaan. My case settled oct 22. Its A week away from oct 23 and im still looking for a check.. I called so many times. I think im on my 3rd receptionist bc they only last 3 months. I just want my check. By the way they took the case in 2018. It was actually my mothers case, they took so long she died and it was grandfathered to me. I think they waiting for me to die as well. Anytime i call they talking about its the under writers fault. Throwing them under the bus. They suck whit teeth. Cant get no worst.

I was referred to Tony Duilio for a loan satisfaction resolution, a matter and that includes daily damages recovery and potential punitive damages for the matter consider the situation, and both he and his associate Joseph Schaeffer were not experienced with loan satisfaction laws or RESPA, however they way Tony handled declining the case was unprofessional. I never even talked to him and have to say I feel embarrassed for my referral. The damages were not high enough in value for their firm and the case not easy enough, which is fine with me because there will be a firm who gets paid to resolve the matter, but there was no reason for his receptionist to behave rudely about it and with his firm with prejudice. They were not even ethical enough to provide a referral as someone did for them. It’s just common courtesy if someone refers you and you can’t assist to refer someone else. I always find that behavior to be telling. Hope this review saves someone else their time.

I have read some of the reviews. In my case my 2 little girls and I lost everything. There was communication and there was some intense feelings. The lawyer in my case was Anthony. He will fight for you and he is dedicated to researching laws and cases and your own insurance policy.

I wish I could give no stars at all but unfortunately it's impossible. Anthony Diulio is a very bad lawyer. Spoke only once. Then I tried reaching him so many times and girls at the front desk kept making excuses. 2 weeks no answer. He could at least say that he can't help me but I got nothing. I don't recommend this place to anyone he only works in his favor.
