Been trying to get in touch with Wheeler Law Firm for a month now. They got such good reviews . No one ever answers the phone or returns my calls. Not sure why but they must not need any more business.

I called Mrs.Wheeler because another lawyer referred me to her and gave her high recommendations, but I called 5 times and left voicemails saying it was urgent and it took her a few hours to call me back. Once she did she was incredibly rude to me saying she had only 10mins for me to explain to her what services I was in need off and she cut me off many times wouldn't let me explain my situation and in the end she told me that she couldn't help me at all because she had more urgent cases to deal with and basically hung up the phone on me. I felt extremely disrespected and made me feel like my case and I were not worth her time. I would personally not recommend her to anyone I know because as a lawyer I felt she was extremely unprofessional and you do not nake prospective clients feel like that or treat them as she did me. I was so shocked.

She shepherded the estates of both parents successfully. Was responsive to inquiries and had no issues. Nothing esoteric.
