Really disappointing to pay $250 for a lawyer's time to get expert advice for my friend who desperately needs someone on their side for a custody and divorce case. The friend comes back and tells me the lawyer was dismissive, judgmental, and rude. We needed advice and instead my friend got belittled and dismissed for not making specific motions when this is the whole point we scheduled this appointment. They were looking to hire an attorney to help them understand what moves to make, and to help them make those moves. Super disappointing and disheartening, especially when I went out of my way to specifically research women owned firms with experience in this situation in the Indy area.

Tess was kind, patient, helpful, and open to any and all questions my parents or I had! As my parents were healing she did not push them but appropriately supported them to get the information needed to close their case. I would recommend Tess again and again to anyone if they found themselves in need of her services. You and your loved ones will be in great hands.

There truly aren't enough stars for Tess White! My 17yr old daughter and her boyfriend were tragically killed by a semi 7/1/2020. Joan’s one hour review provided a great deal of information and what could and could not be done. She was very pleasant and listened and asked great questions. She listened to the emotions and did not dismiss them yet cut through to the law and what could and could not be done. Very worth the price for this hour. I hope I no longer need her services but if I did I would gladly engage her and/or recommend her to others!
