I was forced to add a star to leave a review, unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares and has the gut to stand up for you in court. You are gravely mistaken to hire this guy as your attorney. I wish I'd have seen an honest review like this one that I would've taken to heart to stop this corrupted system from doing what they do to people. He is in the court's pocket and if they don't like you, neither does he. Will be reporting him to the Bar Association as well.

Just wanted to share my experiences so far I have hired Stuart and Frederick , both are absolutely lovely Stuart gets great deals and Frederick will really go to bat for u , he gets food deals always calls me back same day , he gives me a great price and I truly feel comfortable fighting any case with these guys , just ask me and I'll tell ya lol , but honestly Frederick is top notch and isn't afraid to have ur back , so just wanted to say both of these guys are a credit to Whitaker and wilson thank u so much

Today I got an email and voicemail from Stuart and his team stating the case was dismissed. This is the second time in 15 years that Stuart and his team have came through for me. This team is really good and both times for me they have been super fair on payment amounts and done EXACTLY what they said they would do. I don't understand how they only have a 3.9 star rating. If you are running around commiting crimes thinking Stuart or anyone is magically going to get you out of it then that's to your own fault. Stuart has always done great for myself and anyone I've personally spoken with. An attorney isn't a miracle worker. But for me Stewart and team have been pretty close. Extremely pleased. Stuart Huffman did a terrible job representing my step son. I don't feel that he did anything to help him at all. My stepson got railroaded for something he didn't even do. We paid him over $15000. I would not hire this attorney for anything.

CANT BE TRUSTED WITH PERSONAL PRIVATE INFO I asked Stuart Huffman who was my prior paid atty if he could represent me on a case where I am a victim and make sure that my rights were not violated any more and he was going to help me but when he found out who my victimizer is who is a very dangerous person he said that he represented him on a prior homicide case where he killed a female so he nor anybody in his lawfirm could take the case because it was conflict of interest after I told Mr Huffman personal information from a victim's standpoint on this case his law firm is now representing my victimizer against me which is completely morally and ethically wrong and he told me that he nor anyone in his law firm could represent me because it would be conflict of interest since Mr Huffman had represented my victimizer on a prior case it is also conflict of interest because Mr Huffman was my paid attorney on a prior case also what I would like to know is why his law firm is representing my victimizer after I told Mr Huffman personal information about the case from a victim's standpoint and why his law firm is representing my victimizer when Mr Huffman was my prior paid attorney I also do have some of the text messages to prove that I discussed the case with Mr Huffman before his law firm started representing my victimizer on the case where I am a victim

Gary cares nothing of his clients and does not keep in contact terrible service

I was seeking a civil rights lawyer and this law firm states that they are criminal defense only now, but that they used to be civil rights but no longer. Since I searched Google for it under civil rights attorney in spfd. Mo and got these guys, (secretary was nice enough even apologized for the waste of time), they didn't have a referral or a reference for who I could call instead=. Very irritated that my VALUABLE TIME WAS WASTED

They have never once seen my son nor talked to him. Its been almost 60 days and no contact. They have not emailed either. They do not care about your loved one at all.

I used Stewart Huffman as my defense attorney on a possession case after another attorney here in town got me a plea deal that resolved the case quickly but was NOT in my best interest as the requirements were not requirements I could easily complete, Stewart has been an absolute life saver and took a personal & genuine interest in me and my case and has gone above and beyond to help me and has gotten me the best possible outcome after my case was already mishandled by an attorney that was retiring once my case was done (I was literally his last case ever) so it seemed he recommended the fastest resolution possible which was far from what was in MY best interest, I can't thank Stewart and his team enough for all they have done to make the best out of my situation.
