I called this office asking if they could handle my smalls claims court commercial dispute dealing with real estate. While she couldn't assist me she listened to me long enough and referred me to the Chicago Bar Association for more help. Rosanna then called me back and gave me two other firms that could possibly assist me with my case. She didn't have to do that but I felt like she heard the frustration in my voice. People don't have to be nice to you or go out of their way to call you back in today's busy society. I would definitely use her for some other matters if I needed representation.
