Whiting and Bruner sure helped me out a lot! I got a ticket from one of the small town cops that no one likes, and since I felt like it wasn’t accurate, I didn’t want it going on my record. I asked ChatGPT what to do and who I should use, and I’m thankful it suggested these guys. Mr. Bruner and his assistant were both very professional, and he got everything handled just as he said he would. He set expectations from the beginning, and followed through just like he said he would. I don’t hope to get any more tickets, but a free bird’s gotta fly, so at least I know I can trust these guys with anything going forward. Once again, I’m super thankful for all that they did, And I’ll recommend them to anyone!

Don’t use this guy, he’s a plea lawyer, most importantly giving up a legal fire arm type of plea lawyer, he’s awful, took my money and ran off, said I threatened him with the “BAR” buddy I’ve got every email. He hopped off my case 6 days before court and without my knowledge was granted that by a judge and I wasn’t aware of all this, now I have a warrant out for my arrest and lost another job great job whiting!

Being a lawyer isn’t about taking fancy, posed photos for Google and looking impressive, it’s about genuinely caring for people’s problems and upholding ethical values. Unfortunately, this firm gave me the impression that they care far more about money than their clients. The attitude I experienced was unprofessional, dismissive, and purely profit-driven. It didn’t feel like dealing with a law firm that defends clients’ rights, it felt like dealing with a commercial business focused on maximizing revenue. If you value integrity, professionalism, and client care, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. I hired a lawyer through OffTheRecord and paid the quoted fee of $260. The lawyer called me, briefly explained the possible outcome, and when I mentioned I’d like to fight the ticket, he told me that doing so would cost “much more” than what I paid—which felt misleading, since that price was clearly advertised on the platform. When I asked him to repeat something because of audio issues, he abruptly said, “You know what, this sounds like a headache. I’m just going to decline this and refund your money,” and ended the call. No professionalism, no courtesy, and no follow-up confirmation or refund so far. It’s frustrating to trust a platform like this, pay upfront, and then be left with no legal support and unclear next steps. I expected better vetting of attorneys and clearer expectations

Mr. Whiting was great! Hands down the best attorney we’ve worked with! He’s sharp and straightforward. got us an amazing deal and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and he truly worked hard for us. Highly recommend!

They are the BEST at what they do AWESOME

Outstanding experience! I wish I could say the same for our (first and last) trip to Eufaula, OK. Unfortunately, our college student daughter was the victim of a speed trap in the small town, doing 35 mph in a completely unnecessary 25 mph zone at the bottom of a hill. Her first ever infraction came with an excessive $245 ticket and 2 points on her record. Fortunately, Aaron, Bre, and the team were able to get the points eliminated even though the fine and court fees remained. We are very pleased with the results and will contact them again if we are ever in a similar situation. My advice: avoid Eufaula completely until they stop taking advantage of people and call Aaron for excellent representation.
