My daughter was in an accident. We went to the "Bigger" injury lawyers in Roanoke and was put on the back burner. After six months of little communications we finally changed to Whiting Injury. Immediately Jason took the ball and ran with it. Within a few months our case was settled for more than I thought she could get. Our son was in a car accident. A driver became confused at an intersection and ran a red light. My son was coming through his green light and struck the vehicle. The driver and his insurance company indicated they agreed they were responsible for the damages, so we had no intention of getting legal representation. My son had minor injuries, scrapes, bruises, his thumb was split open and required stitches, soreness, etc... However, within 2 days of the accident, the driver's insurance company contacted my son and tried to get him to sign a settlement. At this point, we had no idea what the extent of his injuries were, if there would be lasting damage from his thumb injury, if it would get infected, require future medical intervention, etc... The fact that they contacted my 18-year-old son and attempted to get him to sign something within 2 days of the accident was a red flag to me. I reached out to Whiting Injury Law to see if this was normal. They took our case and represented my son with the insurance company. They were able to make certain that all of his medical issues were covered and get a very fair settlement for him as a result of the accident. Had my son signed the documents the other driver's insurance company tried to get him to sign, we can't be certain that even all of his medical expenses were fully covered. He did have to seek additional treatment after the initial hospital visit. It was a huge benefit to have the attorney advocating on our behalf. They were incredibly thorough and knew all of the right questions to ask and what my son was entitled to receive. They helped us navigate a scary and unknown situation with peace of mind. I would highly recommend their services.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Whiting Injury Law. Jason was my literal last minute hero. My case was bizarre to say the least and I did not think I would be able to find any help at all, but I decided to look at the options two weeks before my statute of limitations was up. Because of him, I am able to pay off all of my debts that accumulated over the years, take care of my loved ones who took care of me, and have enough left over to start living life once more. I can finally focus on healing the way that I should have been four years after my injury without the stress of worrying about how I am going to pay off my debts. I will forever be grateful for Jason and Sabrina and the whole team at Whiting Injury Law. Because of all the hard work they did for me, I can finally breathe easy again and have a new lease on life. Can not recommend enough! I was in a fairly minor car accident considering, and thought it should be an easy and straightforward process, but after 3 months of dealing with the insurance, I met with Jason and his team, and that was the best decision I could have made. Although you hope you're never in the position of needing a lawyer to help, don't waste your time trying to deal with the insurance on your own. The only thing I regret was wasting so much time trying to do it myself and waiting so long to meet with them. They handled everything, and were only a quick text or call away if I had any questions. It saved me so much time and sanity and ended up with a significantly better offer than what I could have ever expected.
