I was actually referred to Mr. Whitney by an attorney who was initially considering taking on my case. Best referral ever. So, my case involved a dealer oriented vehicle purchase and subsequent engine related issue under warranty that wasn't properly resolved. After taking on my case, Mr. Whitney and his staff worked tirelessly with both me and the representative (s) from the dealer side to successfully resolve my case without having to get the courts involved. He was able to negotiate a more than fair settlement at a very affordable fee. I would definitely reach out for his services again, if I am facing a legal issue.

When I purchased my car, I discovered that the agreement I signed at the dealership was materially different from the contract that was submitted to the bank. This raised serious concerns regarding contract alteration and misrepresentation. I contacted the law firm handling this matter and was advised they would address it. Five months have now passed with no substantive update or resolution. During this time, I called every two weeks seeking a status update and was repeatedly told that Whitney would contact me within two weeks. After an additional month and a half, I still received no follow-up. I am unclear whether this lack of communication and inaction is standard practice, but the continued delays, absence of documentation, and failure to provide a clear timeline have caused me to question whether my interests are being adequately represented. This has been a frustrating experience, and I expected a far more professional level of diligence and transparency given the potential legal and financial implications involved.

Apparently there are some civil rights that are okay being broken with these people. Definitely made it clear that it's about business not the law & definitely not about the people. I guess they would have accepted my case if I was assaulted & was a stereotyped Headlining case of racial tension. Or at least that's how I was left to feel.

I wanted to share an unexpected and rather distressing experience I recently had with odometer fraud. It all started when I purchased a vehicle from a very well-known dealership, which had about 75,000 miles on it. Everything seemed fine until my husband took the vehicle for an oil change.
