Absolutely horrific. Sent me to a chiropractor that was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was never able to reach them and they never communicated to me or the claims agent what was going on. Rude staff that is not understanding and takes weeks to reply. I wish I would have chose anyone else, don't make the same mistake I did and choose another practice.
