Whittington Law Office

Kent Whittington is a well respected attorney in Idaho Falls known for his honesty and knowledge of the law.

He gave me incorrect advice then hung up on me. I gave him two stars for talking to me at least.

Does nothing and charging and arm an leg.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!! Save yourself time and money. Do not go here run the other way!!!! He'll charge you for breathing near him, or he'll put you on hold to talk to telemarketers. Yeah that really happened and he'll still bill you for those minutes. $60 emails and all the while doing absolutely nothing for you. I hired him to help with a custody case. He showed up in court once filed a few papers and somehow managed to charge us a thousand dollars over his $2500 retainer. I paid it and thought I was done with this heartless individual but no he sent me an additional $1600 bill. The man is a thief and a terrible lawyer to boot. So much so that he thought it was OK to talk about deciding a verdict outside of the courtroom with a judge. Yeah RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! No wonder I was asked to join a class action lawsuit against him! I went to Blake Murray after and he is an awesome lawyer and a really nice guy.

Mr. Whittington has been my attorney since 2009. He has been tremendous. I constantly am referring him to my friends...even again this very evening.
