Sean is a complete liar. He makes you believe he’s going to win your case until you pay him. He charges a higher rate to make you believe he’s one of the best, but after he collects your money he avoids your calls emails and text messages. He is a professional at giving excuses and towards the end of your case he then demonstrates to you how you deserve a punishment and courses you to settle for a plea bargain. We tried to fire him halfway through our case but you’ll find out it’s not an easy thing to do with conflict of interest with other lawyers and also the judge will need to approve such matters. Don’t fall in a trap with this disingenuous, unconscionable con artist.

my claim was a serious injury I will suffer from pain the rest of my life in my foot from this injury. It was osteomyelitis they had to remove bone. Anyways I was off work for 4 long years. Lots of rehab learning how to walk on my left foot again not fun. 9 months went by with no income, coming into my house hold he told me he would be able to get me back pay and not to go back to work for them nine months so my 9 months go by dealing with this man and his horrible staff I called and said what the hell is going on this is ridiculous you guys are jerking me around I need to get paid or go back to work. The front office lady told me that they were not going to get my back pay and that I need to call them back. I lost it she also said he would never say anything like that. When my wife was there with me during the first meeting. So I could not fire him or I would end up owing him more then what we agreed on. Three more months went by I get a call from the front office saying they got my settlement. I get there look at the check it was 1,200$ I about went postal this coward would not even come out of his office or talk to me at all. I talked to a real injury lawyer after all this and with a injury like mine I should have practically been set for life. At least a nice pension. But nope this guy just wants you money and will take whatever he can get since he don’t do anything for you it’s free money to him.
