Raj worked on my case the last few years, and up to the final closure. I appreciated his continued updates on my case, answering my questions, via email, phone calls, which gave my only focus to heal as much as I could. Given my extensive medical file. Both insurance companies paid the maximum settlement each policy coverage had.

I had an insurance claim that I filed and the insurance company did everything they possibly could to not pay the claim and basically in the end they did not pay it out. I knew they were in the wrong so I looked for an attorny and had 3-4 turn down my case. Wiener & Lambka took on the case and within no time they got me the full insurance claim amount and even got the insurance company to pay their attorny fees. I very highly recommend their services.

This place!!!! If your really hurt, DO NOT use these guys. I got rear ended by Shuttle Express company van going 45 without breaking priorto impact. I was 8 weeks pregnant and fractured my C 6&7 vertebrae. Almost lost my baby due to placenta detaching from the force of being hit. Then almost bled to death less than a minute after the birth. the placenta was embedded from healing for 9 months after the wreck. Then got sick from the blood transfusion. Almost died AGAIN. Then to top all that off, I'm stuck with life long problems and constant pain. Went through all that and they only got me 3,000.00. I hardly had any medical bills. My health insurance coverage 90% of it. Do not use these guys. They said they would be with me the whole way... what a joke. They didn't help me one bit. Don't waist your time with this place. They just want your commission. This place could care less if your life has fallen apart. I get that Shuttle Express has lawyers to make this lawyers job harder but... Isn't that the whole reason you go to an attorney!!! This place is horrible!!!

Their emailing system updates you as your doing your physical therapy and rehabilitation... You can contact him anytime by phone or email and he will respond quickly within 24hours. Most attorneys will duck or dodge your calls and sometimes have their receptionist filter your calls. Bruce has been very polite, professional, understanding and straight forward. He will not sell you a dream, and he will meet your expectations. I still receive postcards around the holidays from there office and feel like they actually care about there clients.
