I spoke Attorney Wallace Blizzard’s paralegal to speak with someone about a potential civil case. I let the paralegal know that I had previously spoken with another attorney but hadn’t heard back in two weeks, so I was looking to speak with someone else. Instead of being helpful or professional, I was told I wouldn’t be allowed to speak with their attorney because I might talk to another lawyer in another week. That response was completely unprofessional. I haven’t signed with any attorney, and I’m well within my rights to explore my legal options. To be turned away just for doing what any reasonable person would do shows a lack of respect for potential clients. I would not recommend this firm based on how I was treated before even having the chance to speak with the attorney.
