11.24.2025 I wanted to take a few minutes to share with you, my recent experience with The Will Allan Law Firm PLLC and his office staff located in San Antonio TX. In April 2024, I was referred to Mr Allan's office through my personal attorney. Mr Allan was highly recommended and I trusted my attorney's advice. Mr Allan personally reached out to me and took my disposition right over the phone. The interview took about an hour and Mr Allan was such an active listener! He was able to make a decision right away and decided to take our case! Mr Allan gave me a reasonable estimated timeline but he actually exceeded my expectations! His staff to include Maria and Tony, kept me in the loop every step of the way and they were extremely cordial and professional! This reduced our stress level especially after everything we were put through with our insurance company. There was a hurricane that came through San Antonio and unfortunately our roof experienced tremendous damage. We filed a claim and we were immediately denied by our insurance company at the time.
