A complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend him to anyone. I retained Will in a custody/child support case. He made several mistakes during this time. The first mistake was not filing my petition under the domestic and neglect. Second being he discussed details with the other party before we even set foot in court. During the child support case Will asked what I would like to do and he told the judge the complete opposite, which was not in my best interest at all. Once it was time to meet to discuss the evidence he had to leave after 5 min. and reschedule, and then told me complete nonsense about witnesses would have to be subpoenaed and his receptionist later said thats not true if they are willing. This resulted in having to reschedule in court due to witness list not turned in a timely manner. They come back and yet again he tells the judge they are just going to say what she says so they were not able to testify. Not one time did he meet with them to prep them before the case. I dont think he was truly aware of what they were going to say. During trial not one time did he fight or truly represent me. Not one time did he reach out to the GAL regarding us meeting. I was out of money and out of back child support and my kids were put back in harm. Something strange was definitely going on. Screenshot of the officer who let me know the other party knew the case and Will advised me to drop the order of protection even after police kept urging to me file. Even they couldn't understand why my lawyer would say that. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone
