You’d think the worst part about losing a parent at 27 would be the death of your parent BUT surprise it’s actually all of the legal garbage that comes with their death. While no one wants to deal with death regretfully the team at this law office made processing the grief of losing my father and navigating the legality of him not having a will an absolutely heinous time comparable to attempting to unwillingly pull teeth from a dental patients mouth. Lawyers were not prepared to efficiently or accurately answer my legal questions on most occasions. Many times my emails would go unanswered for days and then I’d receive an email “update” with the same information but aggressive toned language used to avoid answering my questions and demand their own answer. I would highly advise looking for legal counsel elsewhere if you’re looking to not have an extended process and want lawyers that confidently understand the legal processes involved with handling a deceased family members estate.
