Not sure who the grumpy old man is that maintains the yard is, but after being asked to move the sprinkler so that I could walk down the street without ruining my $40,000 quilt, he told me I could walk in the street. As a 2 time combat veteran I do not expect special treatment, however , I will not be killed walking in the street so he could sacrifice having to properly adjust the sprinkler.
