I got his name from metlife legal plan. Initial call asking if he represent educational matter. Conversation didn't even take up to 30secs, he just hang up upon saying NO.

Was referred to Mr. Dvorak by a coworker. Apparently he doesn't handle property law which he let me know abruptly before hanging up on me. Not sure what kind of attorney is but he isn't a very decent person.
