I came to Barnes Law Firm after seeking legal advice from two different lawyers, I seemed to hit road block after road block. I was dealing with legal issues dealing with life insurance after my children’s father passed away, I got a very confusing letter saying I had to be named guardianship of my children’s estate. I went to speak with a friend over what to do and she made a call over to William. I was prompted to come on over and see him to speak over the issue. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Megan at the front desk and then met with Willia iinm. I explained my situation and told how I had went to two different lawyers about the situation. He took time to listen to me and looked over the documents that I had with me. William told me he would reach out and see what he could find out. Just after a day William had heard from the insurance company and called me to tell me that he had put in an appeal with the life insurance company. Within two days I was receiving a phone call from William to let me know that the appeal was overturned and that I didn’t have to go through loops and loops anymore with being named as beneficiary. I can’t believe how quickly William got to work and how quickly he got answers for me. I can’t express how hard he worked for me and my kids in just a short time when two other lawyers wouldn’t even return my phone calls. I highly recommend William and this law firm. He stood for me when no one else would.
