Would not recommend. Got me two years probation for some petty charges that should have been absolute discharge but was instead conditional. He and his legal team worried the hell out of me leading up to my court hearing about getting my own documents for court after paying them thousands of dollars. He was late to my last court hearing but so was I LOL. What a waste of time and money the justice system just cost me.

I have had my fair share of tickets and I can always count on Bill Daniel and his firm to support and take care of my legal needs. Thankful for such a reliable professional in our community.

Mr. Daniel has been the most professional attorney I've ever worked with. As a business owner, Mr. Daniel has provided significant legal counsel to me and my business partner. Very reasonably priced and professional practice.

This seemed like a promising law firm, but I am now responsible for court costs when it was discussed they would be included in the attorney fees. May have gotten the ticket taken care of, but now I have less than 2 weeks to come up with an expense that could make the issue come right back where I was. When I called Mr. Daniel he just wanted to talk over me and keep repeating how “his attorney fee was ‘more than generous’ for what he got me.” He was quit unprofessional speaking about it with me and wish he would’ve showed that before I paid for anything. After they get your money, it doesn’t matter what was discussed, get ready for surprise charges! wouldn’t recommend!

We had a real estate closing here. They helped us through the process and Karen was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Next visit will be to have a will made. Thanks for making our move to NC so easy.

He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. He also is a powerful presence in a courtroom for ANY KIND of defense you need - including speeding tickets! Recently HE WAS MY LIFESAVER when he quickly and efficiently solved a problem when my credit was challenged and possible lien on my home due to another person with a similar name.
