I have not had such a rude encounter with an individual in a long time. It took 4 days to reach William Crawforth by phone. And even then, my request was not to reach him by phone but rather to make an appointment for face to face discussion. Once I was able to reach him by phone, the man refused to consider my simple request to meet in person. And instead insisted I answer his own questions. I was not even given a chance to explain my reasoning to meet face to face. I am deaf and a phone conversation is a challenge. Thank you for the response below. You refused to answer my own question. I understand you feel it is a waste of time for you to meet with someone that struggles with phone conversation due to a disability.
