I can't say enough about the support and results I received from the firm. My case wasn't one of the large million dollar actions, but the attention and support I received was of the same caliper. Williams Cedar represented my wife and me in an action brought about as a result of an automobile accident. David Cedar's tenacity and determination resulted in our getting a fair settlement. This law firm don't even deserve a star. When we first called we spoke to Gerald Williams. He was so into this case telling us we may have 3 different cases. He had my husband come in immediately to discus the case. He said go home and discuss things with your wife and I'd like to take on your case. My husband and I discussed it and decided we would like to work with him. Immediately He faxed over papers to have my husband sign a contract. 8 months later he served my husband's employer. All of a sudden he has a Dylan Hasttings call us flexing his muscles the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever met and said they wanted out of the case. We were in shock. First we were in shock because we had no idea who he was and second how does a law firm take on a case for 18 months and tell you, you have a good case to now, NO, we don't think you have a case. This clown Dylan got very very nasty and cocky, we couldn't believe we were being treated like this. My husband is a very very cordial man with a ton of patience and Dylan tried everything in his power to be rude and very unprofessional. They had the nerve to waste 18 months of our families lives on this case. The reason for this review is I really hope this firm never does this to another family, as they did to mine. Awesome and caring attorneys

From the initial consultation with Mr. Williams and Mr. Cedar, I felt as though they truly cared about my case and knew how to litigate these matters from previous experience. Jerry followed through the entire almost year-long process in continuing the same level of care and attention. I cannot thank he and his staff enough for giving me a leg to stand on and feel truly supported. I highly recommend Williams Cedar.

A clerk from my office received a call from this "business" regarding information on a mutual client. She did not get the representatives name, but she had all of the client's info when she called back to discuss information. Another representative answered the phone who refused to give her name, but we could tell she was African American, (which is besides the point but we have no other way to identify this woman). So she answered the phone and the clerk in my office said she did not know the rep who just called her but that she had all of the client's information, this rep was so disturbingly rude on the phone and hung up on my clerk 3 times!!! When the clerk informed me on what happened I listened to the call and then proceeded to call the office back, the rep at this office was very rude still and told me I'm "listening to one side of the story." I advised her that I listened to the call before I called back and asked to speak to her manager, she placed me on hold then came back to the phone saying "Hello, hello" I said hello back and again she hung up! I do not know what type of business you run here but I would suggest teaching your reps proper customer service skills!!
