This attorney is terrible and refuse to return my mother's retainer ($1,000) for a job he never perform. All he did was enter his appearance via online for $15.00. This was a custody matter--Contempt of Court. He is not for the black community and doesn't deserve a star period.

I had an accident in April of 2019, a whole year before corona virus emerged and yet I am still waiting for my settlement. My mother actually has to call them to check on the status of our case! In the past 3 years I can honestly say they may have called me 3 times (on their on recognition) to tell me anything about my case… if they did call any other time, it was because my mom called them 1st and they said that they would “get back to her”. Horrible communication, horrible customer service and it’s in the heart of downtown so the parking sucks and I’m 50% sure that they don’t validate… I honestly can’t remember because it’s been 3 years since I’ve been there. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone at all and that’s on Mary had a lil lamb 🐑

So this is a lawyers office and here they offer great customer service and hospitality and he does great work too
