Christopher Williams agreed to take a civil case all the way past summary judgement for a $20,000 flat payment. I spent many hours of my own time to bring him up to speed. He did about 20% of the work that he agreed to do and is trying to keep my entire $20,000 retainer. It is pretty dishonest. He has caused me tremendous stress and urged me to drop certain claims that have a very high chance of success. He didn’t put in the necessary research into these claims and caused me stress my advising me that I should drop the claims.
