i just had my FOID hearing today. id have written this pre hearing and nothing would have changed. i lost my gun rights due to a teen years screw up. many decades later decided to address. much research, much google much reading reviews. called williams and nickl, felt sense of professionalism and zero 'sales' . met with fred for a lunch talk. i very much got the feeling if he thought i posed a risk he'd have diplomatically turned me away. ethics matter to these guys. most of my interaction was / is with a remarkable professional Bill Cisar. dear goodness his level of precision in communication and execution is ninety ninth percentile. he plans, and plans for the back up plan. services were not cheap( wont be specific as im not sure discussing their billing protocols is kosher) so yes, not cheap but by the end i honestly wondered if they underbill, they did that much and did it so well. i got my rights back fyi. if you want to work with a duo of kind compassionate articulate meticulous professionals...call these folks: best of holidays to all

Fred helped resolve a complaint from someone who doxed me online and tried to have the State board discipline me over an online argument and administrative matter. He outlined for me exactly what he needed from me and what I needed to do in order to satisfy what the state would want and then he took over. After getting him the requested information, he quickly and efficiently had the matter closed out within days with the IDFPR. I highly Recommend Fred for anyone who has a case opened against them.

After 4 months from taking my NCLEX (nursing boards), getting a drug and alcohol evaluation (as requested from the "board"), as well as numerous amount of deficiency checklists from the board of nursing, I thought I had everything figured out on my own. I went back and forth with the board of nursing for 4 months (LITERALLY) and finally got fed up fighting alone. I had 2 DUIs and one felony DUI that is pending. I also had a theft case in 2013 that the board was holding against me.
