Talked with Krystal on a Friday about establishing an LLC. I thought everything was going well, she said her office would send a questionnaire in the next 24 to 48hrs to ensure we were setting up the correct LLC. I get a call Tuesday at 5pm stating due to work load her office could not help me. Luckily this was not a time sensitive matter. Very unprofessional be honest up front.
