This is the most professional, ethical, and trustworthy law firm Ive ever worked with. We all dread going to attorneys in the midst of hardship because most times they aren’t very helpful and they are just looking for billable hours. Well that is NOT the case at Williams Teusink. My experience from being to end was very pleasant and professional. Janecia Gaskins, my assigned Client Services Coordinator, was so professional, patient, kind, and ALWAYS available to speak. She really made me feel at ease through the process and thoroughly explained the process to me so I understood how things will work with my attorney. I hired WT to help draft a binding agreement for a personal real estate matter. I worked with attorney Lawton Jordan and he was professional, efficient and able to memorialize exactly what I was hoping for at a reasonable cost. The initial consultation may seem steep for <1 hour of time, but this firm is completely worth the cost for all RE specific needs. Emailed them but no response. Called them and got in touch with someone. I gave them my information and my reason for calling. Said they could help and they’ll get in touch with me within ~7-10 Business Days to discuss the process and cost. No response whatsoever. I must not be worth their time and efforts.

Karen Scott was most helpful in directing me to the proper resolution for a difficult DeKalb County code compliance issue. She is a knowledgeable, thoughtful and precise lawyer.

When it was time to appear in court I walked in to a plea having been reached and approved and in minutes the case was closed without penalty. 10 stars. Amazing results, far, far exceeded our expectations. Our HOA's tax situation was a mess, a residual left to us from the developer. Twenty-five tax parcels, all with errors; incorrect appraisals, addresses and names. We owed tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes and liens. It was an overwhelmingly complex jumble. Attorney David Metzger and the WT team successfully negotiated with the county and the developer. Our appraisals were corrected and our tax bills were reduced from $31,000 to $31.00. David secured tax refunds that far exceeded our liens. He also negotiated a positive settlement with the developer for our HOA There are plenty of attorney's who can assist with appraisals, that's easy. Few are the firms who understand how to work with the counties and cities property tax departments to resolve complex issues. Williams Teusink is one these select firms. Do not hesitate.
