Choosing a law firm to represent me in an automobile accident was something I was hesitant about but I am so thankful that I entrusted my case to Justin and his staff. From the outset the communication was prompt and courteous and it soon felt like I was talking with family. My case manager, Veronica was outstanding and a pleasure to talk with. The receptionist, Jenna, was extremely polite and if I needed to talk with Justin personally, he took the time to field my questions and I never felt rushed or a sense that I was just another client. I never want to be involved in another accident but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Williams and Williams again should the need arise.

I was in first major accident about a year ago and Jared was able to help me with everything and very prompt about it . I was able to reach out and always got a callback very quickly with any questions I had . I was able to get my case resolved and was able to get 25,000$ and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Communication in the beginning was very fast. Once they told me my settlement offer in December, that is when communication declined. After many more messages (voicemail, email, text) requesting a callback or update I was contacted and they were able to settle on my case. They did apologize profusely for the wait and they are super friendly I would use this firm or recommend them to a friend/family member.

Update from last review the offer was fair for what it was I would recommend Williams &Williams for clients that don't want to draw stuff out for years in court hoping to get Rich and still left with nothing more than a few hundred $

Update: Around a week ago they called my husband to apologize for the delay and sent the check out that day. He received it about 3-4 days later and it cleared. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They reached out to my husband approx 8 months ago regarding a minor fender bender. They were gun-ho on reaching a settlement with no obligation. So, my husband went through with their suggestions, and around 3-4 months ago everything was apparently settled. We even received a letter from the insurance company stating that the matter was settled and a check was issued. Additionally, this law firm called and stated that the issue was settled. We called this law firm a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and left a message; still waiting for someone to return the calls. If we hear something I will update the review. Until then, I stand by the 1 star review.

The best darn injury lawyer I've ever had

Mr. Williams went above and beyond to make sure my case was handled as quickly as possible. He was always willing to answer my questions and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone after their accidents!
