Worst lawyer ever … please stay away!! Much better lawyers … it’s time for him to retire than waste others time and money !!! Just crazy stay away

James/jim, whoever he goes by I retained him at $800 at 200 a hour. From 2023, he only went to court with me 3 times which did not take more than 2 hours total… He barely even advocated or spoke in court on a family law case to get my kids home and unsupervised visitation, I could have done that myself and saved a ton of money thousands! Outside of court he kept charging me random charges and wouldn’t specify what I was exactly being charged for, when I asked him to itemize my charges he said I didn’t ask for that before and then the next day he dropped me as his client and filed a motion to remove himself as my lawyer and cancelled my mediation on me a few days prior! Terrible representation!! Represent yourself & steer away from him! A waste of money, hard of hearing, and won’t itemize your charges. As a young vulnerable mother of 4, he used the situation as a way to charge me thinking I wasn’t gonna ask about the charges, I still never got unsupervised visits or my kids back yet but out of a whole year he couldn’t do anything for me besides charge me thousands of dollars! Please do yourself a favor and stay away!

Mr Williamson handled my case as well as my daughter's case with the utmost respect. Me Williamson took the time to discuss all options for us as well we what the best option should be in his opinion. Everyone in the office is super professional and friendly also. If you're ever in need of an attorney I strongly suggest Mr Williamson and his team. He will certainly handle anything further for me and my family

Decent guy but very sneaky when it comes to charging you for his time .. first case with him he done a wonderful job. Second time he just milked the situation..

Seemed Very Professional At Firsthand, Definitely Part Of "The Good Old Boy System" I Talked To His Secretary More Than Him. Initially I Thought The No Computers Writing Down Everything Was Cool, Very Old School Untill I Couldn't Read Anything He Wrote Down. Hard Of Hearing & Unfortunately Missed Alot Said In Court. Worst Lawyer I've Ever Had Or Known Of. Save Your Time And Money, I'm Sure 40-50 Years Ago He Was Probably A Great Lawyer But Now, Not So Much Anymore I Didn't See That At All. Horrible Experience From Day 1, Nothing Was Done On My Behalf Literally NOTHING!!!.

Great lawyer

James is old school, he gives off a no nonsense vibe mixed with a Bernie Sanders kind of temper. Nothing political of course, he writes stuff down , he's pen and paper to the facts kind of guy. I had a terrific experience with him, well as far as that translate with experiences when having to utilize lawyer services. Best up front payment, easy to work with, and he gets the job done Highly recommended
