After losing my younger brother I helped my mother find an attorney because she was a mess. Unfortunately we chose Marcus Willoughby. In the beginning he gave the whole spill that he was going make sure that the parties involved we're going to pay for the huge mistake that they had made. The max amount for medical malpractice is minimal even when someone loses their life because of a huge mistake. Towards the end of the whole ordeal Marcus wanted to settle for a lesser amount ..my guess so he wouldn't have to go to court and spend more time on the case because he was getting a percentage. He tried to frighten My Mother by telling her if they went to court and lost the case that she would have to pay for his attorney fees and the defenses attorneys fees. The whole situation felt like a nightmare and he made it much worse.

I originally called they called and left me message to call to schedule in take. I call them back and Melissa , who is straight up RUDE, after I told her I had cataract surgery said he isnt taking any new cases. THEN why you call me and tell me to schedule in take? She cut me off and yeah. I wouldnt recomment this place, After reading his reviews THANK GOD he isnt taking new cases.

Markus Willoughby is the most dishonest corrupt deceiving lawyer on the planet He acted like he was working on my case for 3 years an did nothing on the day of the trial. He made no effort to win my case none Do not trust this lawyer He lies through his teeth
