We were referred to Chuck by another attorney in Providence, RI, and we couldn’t be more grateful for that recommendation. Our son was facing three felony charges, and before meeting Chuck we had been told by four other attorneys that prison time of one to three years was almost certain. While awaiting trial, the situation became even more complicated when our son received a second DUI charge. Chuck handled that as well and was able to negotiate it down to a DUI Not True First charge, which was a huge relief. About a year later the felony cases were resolved. Because our son had a clean record, Chuck was able to get two of the three felonies dropped. Our son pled guilty to the remaining charge and received no prison time, two years of probation, and a suspended sentence. Beyond being a very skilled attorney, Chuck is simply a good person. He treated our son with respect and saw him as a person, not just his charges. It was clear that he cared about the outcome. Chuck is a busy attorney with many high-profile cases, so sometimes it took patience to connect. But as time went on we learned to trust that he was always on top of things. He earned that trust. Even after the cases were resolved, Chuck made it clear he would still be available if our son had any issues with probation. We’re incredibly thankful for his work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very unhappy with this law practice! To start the downstairs lady soon as you walk in the door is extremely rude, and disrespectful, thinks she can chim into you’re conversation and tell you how to speak, then procede to waste an hour of you’re time doing a meeting to then call and say they can represent you, if I could rate this place at ZERO STARS I gladly would!

Thought I chose correctly from experience and reviews, however deeply regret this choice. I don't feel at all that this client was defended . Tread lightly when reading all these positive reviews. We were able to talk about life in general vs all business.
