Very misleading website and rude! They claim to have won cases for diminished in value for vehicles on their website and have tons of FAQS and information regarding car accident diminished in value claims. Yet you call and speak to Caitlyn and she states we don't handle diminished in value... She had zero clue that the website states they have won cases and has tons of information on the Kentucky DMV laws..... Yikes how professional!

Mr Wilson, is honest, sincere and upfront about everything. He explains himself well about how the process works and gives an idea what to expect from the case. Most law firms take 33.3% of the winnings and Wilson and McQueen only takes 20%. He has been in the business for many years. I just wanted to be treated with heard and I felt I was talked down to and belittle I knew about the 4 year rule all i asked is would u just take a look. I was told that you would not waste any time on me

I found them through the hammer I had previously tried Morgan & Morgan but was treated as if I was looking for a handout. Since hiring Mr. McQueen they have brought my case to court I have been able to get the surgery needed to repair my workplace injury.
