Phil Winegar was our lawyer years ago and I never thought about leaving a review. I was made aware that I could do this as of late. He is a wonderful lawyer and a kind man. He helped us during an extremely trying time. We are very thankful for all his help. He is a good man to have on your side.

Didn't end up using his services but he was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. I would have used his services if it were up to just me.

I sat as a court room observer through a five day long criminal trial in which Phil Winegar performed as Defense Attorney. Due to extreme corruption in El Paso County courts, all judges had to recuse themselves and a judge was brought in from Pueblo to preside over the trial. Phil Winegar is the “Gerry Spence” of our time and citizen’s of Colorado are very fortunate to have him here.
