I recently completed my divorce case utilizing the attorneys at Winsberg and Arnold and have had friends use their services as well. My case had significant custody issues with high turnover in attorneys on the other side. Having experienced 14 different attorneys from the other side, I can confidently say that I had the best representation in the city. Marc and Jonathan are true professionals who understand the system and will clearly communicate the options to you. Going through a divorce is challenging and you are making many difficult decisions. You need solid representation who will put your interests first to ensure you are getting a fair deal. I was confident with Winsberg and Arnold as my representation and am very happy with the results. I don’t plan on getting another divorce, but if I did, I would only work with Winsberg and Arnold. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. HE DIDN'T EVEN SO MUCH AS GATHER BANK RECORDS IN MY CASE, LIED TO ME AND COLLUDED IN MY CASE, VIOLATING MANY BAR ASSOCIATION DISCIPLINARY CODES. HE HAS OTHER DISCIPLINARY ISSUES PRIOR TO THIS CASE. HE GAVE AWAY MY COMMUNITY PROPERTY AND EVERYTHING ELSE IN MY LIFE. HE HAS DISCIPLINARY ISSUES PRIOR TO MY CASE AND UNFORTUNATELY I HIRED HIM WHEN HE WENT SOLO BECAUSE OF THOSE. BEWARE, HIS FATHER IS A RETIRED JUDGE AND YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE FINDING JUSTICE IN THIS STATE. HEED THE WARNING AND CHOOSE ANOTHER ATTORNEY.
