In March 2021, we bought a home that unfortunately turned out to have a major structural defect deliberately concealed by the sellers. The problem centered on the front porch, where concrete had been poured over a wooden deck, causing severe structural instability that threatened the integrity of our entire house. Within months, cracks appeared in our walls, and we later uncovered overwhelming evidence that the sellers knew about the issue and had gone to great lengths to cover it up.
