Receptionist was incredibly rude. Called in and said "Hi, I am looking to schedule a consultation with one of the attorneys for XYZ, ideally on Monday if we can." She laughed and said you don't just get to pick a day it is based on their schedule. I said I understand. She then proceeded to say there may be a charge for the consultation in a very rude and condescending way. Again...I never said a FREE consultation. Horrible first impression of a firm that came recommended otherwise.
