Okay. Unfortunately this was the second time I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. The first time I went with a small law firm. It didn't work out very well for me. So, this time I discovered Winters & Yonker. Worked with Chris and had a great experience. He was very informative and helpful. When it came to close the case. Chris was on my side and closed fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this firm and Chris to anyone else.

I received very professional attention and the hurdles that were faced were no fault of Winters & Yonker. The only thing that really was upsetting is Florida law and policy as to medical payments. I was rear ended by 2 vehicles Sept 2023. At 1st I wasn't going to get a lawyer & let my insurance company handle everything. Well after going to a couple Dr's, with more appts for future...
