Unfortunately, life requires attorneys occasionally. I can say how they operate in contrast to other offices I have experienced was noticeable. To me, my case seemed relatively straight forward and from intake to processing to communication, I found Winton & Hiestand and their team to have a good and effective routine in place regarding the client experience. I was assigned Kyle as a case manager and the experience continued from there. Kyle was pleasant, objective, & clear about what Winton & Hiestand needed of me in order for them to process my case. Kyle helped me find good care for my injuries and I had an equally good experience with his recommended doctor and company to boot. Thus, I found it a great recommendation and do feel better now. All in all, the entire process Winton & Hiestand puts forward for the client experience feels polished and practiced. I CAN say it DOES feel like all the employees there put great care in what they do with respect to the client experience. This in contrast to experiences at other law offices in which my case was handled well, but was a much colder & less personable experience. Meaning, the team at Winton & Hiestand seem to do a very good job remembering the human element through it all. Make no mistake, I was in a real wreck and this is a real review. The 5 stars is for the classiest TV commercial. If I need a lawyer it's who I will call. Their add is tasteful informative and complete. Of all the adds I see theirs is by far the best. Some of them are so stupid you get embarrassed for them.

Our case handled by Winton & Heistand just wrapped up. Chauncey worked tirelessly to make sure we get what my husband was owed after an automobile injury that will affect him for the rest of his life. Communication was easy and consistent, and the added bonus of a working relationship turned friendship was unexpected but greatly appreciated. I am shocked to see a couple one star reviews; the fact that they are the outliers should make it clear that the problem did not lie with the firm. We put our full faith in Chauncey. Hopefully we will never need his services again, but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that does!

Zac Taylor was a godsend for us. We had paid off a credit card. Check went to the wrong place. Credit issued to the account. 2 years later was sued to collect debt. Called everyone and no one would help. Called him and he agreed to help. He was able to get to problem settled for us. If you have consumer law trouble would highly recommend.
