Can’t get a call back

Dillan Savage is probably the worst lawyer I’ve ever had. After paying for him to represent me, he intentionally turned in incriminating evidence to the judge that caused me my house, my kid, my car, my job, the whole trajectory of my future. If he had even looked at the case, he would have seen the case was filed in the wrong venue rendering it void, something a first year law student could’ve came up with. I spent 5 months in jail because of Dillan, after my jail stint, when I sat down w him to review my case AGAIN, he acted as if all the news I was revealing was new to him even though I had explicitly told him and his law firm all this info. He did not care at all, then on top of getting me jailed, he charged me for proceedings I didn’t ask him to even be present for. You’re 100% off representing yourself. I will always leave Dillan reviews at whatever law firm hes at because people need to know before wasting money. Get away fast.

Very polite very understanding if your looking for somone to get in and get the job done this man is your guy.

Wasn’t for sure how to move Guardianship Case from 1 County to another. Dillon made the process very easy. I’ve actually recently referred Wirth Law Offices, in Tulsa, to someone looking for assistance in this area.

I was in a situation where I needed a lawyer for a child support case. I contacted Wirth Law office and based on my location the admin set me up with Dillian Savage. Mr. Savage was professional, laid back but straight to the point. I could call him anytime and get an answer, understanding that any call after 5 was an extra fee. It seemed as if I was his only client, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do when he was supposed to. I received the required results I wanted from the case and Im still pleased, I have joint custody and pay a fair amount for Child support. The only caution with Wirth Law offices is you better have your money right, because they expect your retainer fee to stay at the original amount paid. So, this means after every petition filed, court appearance, phone call that money is deducted for services is due back to your account. Also you get a email every week about your balance. It's irritating but I did receive money back at the end. All is well that ends well. Thanks Dillian and I hope I helped someone with their decision. Lol

I'd leave 0 stars but it isn't an option. I recieved notification that I owed money and had 10 days to pay or it would hit my credit. When asked where my money from the trust/retainer went, Brandon Green was rude and instead of trying to explain why their weekly updates for cost weren't coming to my email (this was the 1st email I received from them in 3 years), she told me to lose my emotion and that it's just legalese like I'm stupid and that she didn't need to understand when I asked her to understandwhere I was coming from on my fear for the lost money; I work with lawyers everyday and understand legalese just fine and that was also a very condescending comment to make. I am trying to buy a house currently and don't appreciate their lies and threats that could affect my credit. The lie was that their letter stated they had contacted me previously about this matter and the text said the same as well. Again, they had not contacted me in 3 years (I always contacted my lawyer on their personal cell because they're a family friend). The threat was to put it on my credit if I didn't pay in 10 days. I now worry about the financial security of their other clients since they had no clue where my retainer went and wouldn't give me the email the reminders should have been from to verify anything and eventually hung up on me. She just kept saying they must be in my junk mail. Again, there was no email from the firm for 3 years prior. Absolutely unprofessional to get so rude and refuse to explain anything or call back or be any but helpful. She also said she'd call back by 5 PM and lied about that too. Do not use this law office for your family needs and DO NOT trust Brandon Green with your money.

Dont Hire Brian Glass I was a victim of idenity theft hire him to help me instead he took my money and ran couple months later i found out he represented the girl that stole my identity!!! Unprofessional! Money hungry !

I had a good experience with the attorney Aaron Easton and one other person that I spoke to back in August - September 2024 timeframe when their payment system wasn’t pulling payments from my son’s account, and I called to let them know. When half of a payment was pulled out this month (Dec 2024), I called to verify that my son was in good standing with payments and asked for copies of payments and payment dates to verify against his bank account to make sure both accounts matched. When I saw interest was being charged, I called back to let them know that there was never any talk about interest and that I called later in the year because of their payment systems stopped pulling payments from his account. I was told by “Bee” that Wirth Firm didn’t even do payments, but Aaron worked his own cases and that she would call him to see if he could take them off for me. I then asked once the interest was taken off, what would the amount be in total that he would owe for next month? She then got extremely rude saying she was going to recommend to Aaron that he DON’T take the interest off because the firm doesn’t do payment plans and they preferred a full payment. I, again, explained that it was Aaron that offered the payment plan after I put a 1k retainer down. I was then told by her that I was speaking over her when she was speaking over me. I told her that she was being extremely rude, and she told me “No, I’m being a matter of fact” and that she isn’t taking anything personal because she looks at numbers all day and knows nothing about the case or my son. I then told her that I’m taking it personal because first you say you’ll call and ask for the interest to be taken off and then, I don’t know if ego flew in, you told me you were going to recommend the interest stay on and that the full amount be paid. She then told me she was going to call Aaron and see what he wanted to do, and I said okay. After we hung up, she called me back and told me that she, Aaron and the firm thought it was in the best interest of the firm that we cut ties and be done with this business relationship, which at that point, I was completely fine with because I had only been trying to make sure my son didn’t go into default with Aaron or the firm and at no point was I trying to be difficult with Bee until she raised her voice and was extremely rude. I’ve worked in accounting for many many years and never, and I mean never, have I been rude or spoke to a client or vendor the way that Bee spoke to me. I wouldn’t recommend Wirth Law Office all because you have to deal with Bee.

Needing an attorney is never an ideal situation, but this law office made the process a little easier. Specifically, DILLAN SAVAGE. He was very kind, compassionate and responsive during the whole process. He Who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. So if you find yourself needing an attorney, I would definitely give them a try.
