Don’t use this firm. You will lose money because of lack of preparation of the case, lack of communication, and no shows during required court appearances. Your case will be drawn out and cost both parties more money. My divorce was finalized in May 2025. You can see that the QRDO was supposed to be drafted 15 days after the finalization of the divorce in black and white. This is the end of November and it’s not done.
Great the best
Hands down the firm you want in your corner. From the very first call with Wirth Law Office, I knew I had finally found the right team. My situation was serious and uncertain, and I had no idea what direction things were going to take. The moment I spoke with Jay Bills, that uncertainty turned into confidence. Jay didn’t just handle my case, he took the time to understand it. He listened, explained every step clearly, and made me feel like I had a real advocate who actually cared about the outcome. The level of professionalism, communication, and genuine support I’ve received from this firm has been unmatched. If you’re facing something that feels overwhelming, don’t wait or second-guess it, this is where you need to be. I’ll never forget the relief and peace of mind that came from knowing I had the best possible representation standing beside me. —Dane Boothe
Was told by Jay Bill's he wouldn't go over the amount we gave to him. He went almost a month without contact during our case. Repeatedly tried reaching him through his phone and office. He has went over $1000 when he can't even pick up a phone call for a month. Would not recommend him at all.
Justin Mosteller has stood strong by my side during the hardest time of my life . I walked into his office not knowing what to expect. I was warmly greeted by his wonderful wife, Justin walked in the room less that 5 minutes later. I’m thankful to have found such a genuine, honest, hard working, family man. If you need a lawyer call Justin!
Wasted time with Jay bills. Was told he was going to talk to judge. Never did. Was told would do it for flat fee. Contract said 4000 flat fee. Next sentence said unless it goes over lol. Doesn't return phone calls really hard to get hold of. I'd avoid this law office.
Very informative. Great working with Jay.
Very friendly and knows the law hard worker and caring
I called the attorney office, late Thursday afternoon, left a message with his assistant. He called me back the next afternoon and although he said that it didn't make sense for me to file a lawsuit through his office, he did give me good advice on how best to proceed based on my situation.
Best information I have received after calling 20 different firms I’m going with them I feel heard and considered I will undoubtedly be choosing them Joel was the best
Once it was discovered that I was limited on income, I became shunned, unimportant unworthy of any of their time, just like so many of the law firms. I've assigned this review a 3-star rating, as I wish there were an option for 2.5 stars; I've opted to round up. My journey over the past year has been one of seeking assistance from legal professionals who, despite their willingness, I couldn't afford due to the exorbitant retainer fees. The quest for adequate legal representation in family matters is not just about navigating complex laws but also about ensuring fairness and justice for all parties involved. For-profit law firms such as this firm and many other law firms must recognize that they have a pivotal role to play in this landscape. Their unique position allows them to make a significant impact by offering pro bono services to those in dire need. Such gestures go beyond mere corporate social responsibility; they embody the true essence of justice, equality, and accessibility. Initiatives that see top-tier law offices extending their expertise to those without the means not only uplift the marginalized but also bolster the credibility and trustworthiness of the legal profession. It sends a powerful message that justice should not be a luxury reserved for the affluent but a fundamental right accessible to everyone, irrespective of their financial standing. In essence, while my personal experience underscores the challenges many face in securing affordable legal assistance, it also highlights the potential for positive change. It's a call to action for law firms to reevaluate their roles, embrace social responsibility, and contribute meaningfully to building a more equitable society.
These people won't help you they don't even know the laws they think state law is above Constitution law which is bogus. Find real lawyers that can help
