Wirth Law Office - Tahlequah

Dont hire anyone from Wirth Law. The sales guy who I originally talked to lied and said that $4500 will cover the entire trial. They wanted 50% paid up front, then 3 days later, i receive the retainer to sign and it states $4500 only covers up to the pre-hearing. I refused to sign it because they lied about their services. They refuse to give me back my $2250. No one needs to pay $4500 before the trial. You only need a lawyer if case goes to trial and the pre-hearing determines that. Your lawyer and you just listen throughout the hearing. Nothing is submitted in your defense. It is just the time when the prosecutor submits his evidence to the judge. Most of the time the prosecutor will give you a plea bargain to avoid going to court because it costs the county a lot of money, especially for small petty criminal cases. No one in their right mind will pay a lawyer $4500 just so they can have a seat by you in the prehearing. Wirth Law is full of fraud.

Not the best experience! Never been in trouble so probably could have went without getting a lawyer on my charges. Only problem I had was the 2500 I spent on a lawyer I drove to Tahlequah to meet with my him just to be told he won’t be there that I could talk to him on the phone. That’s a 2 hr drive.

So Aaron Grubb was my attorney representing me and my paralegal was Alys Cerda. Hands down phenomenal power duo for legal representation.
