They trick you with all the commercials and radio ads. You be the one hurt and they take all your money. Greed at its finest it’s best to go to a local attorney and negotiate if you want your fair share.

My lawyer called me once and rushed me off the phone. I wasn't at fault but my insurance paid most of the bills. I would never recommend this law group. I'm still seeing doctors.

I would not recommend where them to anyone after I signed paperwork, thought they were going to be my lawyers. After 4 months went by, once they realised they weren't going to make a ton of my case, I was quoted 33%. They contracted my case off to another law group, which I then had to agree to 40%. I would not believe the hype, and I would not ever use them again. If they're not making a ton of money, they're not going to deal with you, and they're going to give your case to someone else who's going to then charge you more.

Witherite Law Group has been very good to me during my time of need after my serious car and truck wreck. They have provided resources to help with everything from utilities, rent assistance, food if needed, and more. They've made themselves available to me whenever I've called, to clarified my understanding of things. While attorney offices of the past that - I've dealt with, where in pursuit of what they could get, I can tell that Witherite just wants to make me whole again. I understand that this is a business but people can sense what a business, especially a law firm, is about before the settlement. They are as real as they are professional and effective. My case manager, Megan, did an amazing job with helping me get my case finished quickly, my accident happened December the 4th and the case is just now ending. I just referred a family member and they were told that the firm can not take the case because the pick up truck that hit them only has liability insurance so they were referred to another firm. First off that's incorrect, liability insurance does cover bodily injury if they are at fault. It has too. Secondly, I support Amy Witherite and I believed her advertisements which clearly states that they handle ALL truck wrecks, dump truck, ice cream truck, pickup truck, 18 wheeler,etc. I'm appalled because I was highly in favor and a fan of Amy and all she does in the community. I must say the advertisements are not correct. I will not recommend anyone else to Witherite Law Group.
