I am very pleased with the work that Witherite Law Group has provided during a very fraught and traumatic time after my accident. It took a while to conclude, but I am very satisfied with the final outcome. Attorney Brennan Clay was very formidable and, I believe, got the best result possible. The only negative that I can think of, and it is small, is that my attorney changed several times over the course of the 2+ years it took to settle this case. But, all in all, I was very satisfied with the end result.

My overall experience was great. The team went above and beyond for me making sure I got the proper treatment for my injuries and made sure I got to my appointments when I had transportation issues. The communication between us was very prompt and clear and was no misunderstanding. The whole process from beginning to end didn’t take as long as I thought it would which I appreciated. Being in an accident is never easy specially when you get hurt, and it can be very stressful but I made the right decision in reaching out to Witherite Law because they made a very stressful situation a lot easier, everyone I spoke to from the beginning to the end has treated me like a human not just a client they made me feel comfortable and made sure my daughter and I were ok and be fully recovered. Witherite was amazing, they were with me through every step, supporting me and making sure I understood exactly what was happening. Best law firm I’ve came across. Results were great.

On May 11, 2025 I was involved in a terrible car accident where my vehicle caught fire leaving me trapped inside. I had to crawl out of the car on my own and by the time the fire department arrived the car was fully engulfed in flames. It was a hit and run but there were witnesses who saw the whole thing and reported everything they saw to the police who did absolutely nothing. I retained Witherite Law Group for help because I heard how they’ve helped others but got nothing. I have been bounced around from attorney to attorney with no answers. There has been little to no communication and there has been no investigation done. When I call all I get is “I don’t know” “I’m not sure” or “We will look into it”. Nothing has really been done and I’m very disappointed and angry to say the least. I expected more because of what I heard but didn’t get it. I’m a single father who was just on his way home from work and lost a lot and almost lost my life. This whole incident has been disregarded and brushed under the rug as if it meant nothing. Now I’m being told to take what my insurance rendered because the responsible party claimed their vehicle was stolen which I don’t feel is true and no one has even attempted to verify just brush me off. It’s not right and it’s not fair because I expected so much more or at least a decent effort but all I got was nonchalant attitudes and basically disregarded. Now you’re saying you worked diligently on my case which is a COMPLETE lie. If you call switching attorneys four times, not answering my calls or texts, not giving concrete information, and not giving a damn then yes you very diligent. As far as the vehicle being stolen did your attorneys do a thorough investigation to see if the vehicle was truly stolen? Absolutely not. You didn’t see my case as being very lucrative for you so disregarded it and brushed it and me under the rug. You advertise constantly about how you care for clients and the measures you go to to investigate and do what’s best for your clients but yet you dine bare minimum with my case. So you from now on when you advertise make sure you let people know you only care and you only go above and beyond when it’s proven to be lucrative to you and your firm. All I asked was to be given the same respect and consideration that you give any other case. Please stop with the bullshit. As I just told Jersey I will be filing a complaint with the bar association as well as seeing what other legal options I have and I will so everything I can to let the world know you only cares when it proves beneficial to you.
