I hired this guy he did nothing but keep putting off court dates simple civil restraining order case I asked him to subpoena witnesses or get letters from persons and to reach out and interview people on my behalf this guy does nothing but get together with the other attorney to try and fill their pockets a year and half later we finally have trial and he doesn’t show up and the other side has nine people in court to testify against me. I now am representing myself and have the task of subpoena over 21 witnesses to my case. Woeful straight up railroaded me and set the other party up to beat me in court.Read his reviews he will take your money and ignore you

This guy takes your money then avoids you. I hired him in January, we’re going into April I had to hire another person, I tell him I have hired someone else,he says I’ll close your case and send a refund. Ya Right!!!! He hides behind voicemail and one line Text messages, when he responds. Avoid this guy, find someone else to help you. That’s what I get for hiring a janky strip mall lawyer.

This guy said he was going to get an investigator on my case. He never did. I ended up taking a plea bargain because he convinced me to do so. He thought he would loose a trial if Lisa Serafini would get put back on as prosecutor. I should've never done that. After I was convicted I tried many many times to have him have my probation dropped. My probation officer told me to have him do it. He didn't respond to any of my calls voicemails or emails. Every time I got ahold of Terry in his office she always promised to get back to me within an hour. Never ever happened. I found out from my probation officer that I had a hearing about getting off of it early. He called me and asked me why I wasn't at the hearing. I told him I didn't know about it whatsoever. I got a call from Terry the next day and she said they denied my early termination of probation. I asked her why I was never notified of the hearing. She said she would talk to Mr Woelfel and get back to me. She never got back to me. 9/30/24 I’m thinking about getting this man disbarred. His actions in court were embarrassing. Almost everyone in the court was laughing at his actions and I was so scared. He tried to get the district attorney to talk to both of us. The district attorney laughed and said,”are you really trying to negotiate with your client right here?” I hope this man never represents anyone again.

One the most honest and hardworking law firm I ever had the pleasure of meeting and helping my son. I appreciate you. All these years later and I still remember every detail and realized he still has many delays due to the injury and now dealing with discrimination. If it wasn't for what I learned from you I would not be the strongest advocate I am today. Thank you so much. Your appreciated!

Rob Woelfel is nice guy but you won’t get your moneys worth from him. My girlfriend paid him $12k and we could hardly get ahold of him on the phone. He’d tell us he’ll call and never would. He’s got excuses up his sleeves!! We wouldn’t hear from him until the night before court. In regards to how he is in court…let’s just say that he didn’t do anything or say anything that we couldn’t have said ourselves. Rob claimed that our case was a slam dunk win because the DA had no evidence but not once did he push to have the case dismissed. He kept pushing for a trial which is an additional $2500/day. In our opinion Rob Woelfel isn’t worth the price he charges. You won’t feel like you got your moneys worth even if you win. The Nevada county DA finally dropped the charges after almost 2 years of waisting everyone’s times and destroying my girlfriends life.

Never received a call back.

Falsely accused of unimaginimal offences all because of a bad divorce where I had won full physical and legal custody of our daughter. Rob and his team faught very hard to show what was truth.

Very helpful and of course knowledgeable would see again if needed.

This is the BEST law firm hands down. In 2014 I had run into some issues. After getting bad advice from a shady lawyer, I called Woelfel law. From the start Terry was awesome! Easy to work with and very helpful. Rob Woelfel is the Man! Rob made court appearances not so stressful with his knowledge of law. 4 years later... I called Woelfel Law to help clear up an issue with the court and Terry was awesome again! Relayed my message to Mr Woelfel, got back to me the next day. There is NO other law firm I would ever call.
