I never actually had the chance to work with them other than the initial phone call. But this is an overview of my experience. I was expecting to have an intelligent conversation, but that did not happen. My initial call was on a Thursday. The assigned person said she didn't have time to talk and would call me back in the afternoon. She did call back, but I was unable to pickup. The following Monday I tried again. She first started by arguing with me that we had talked the week prior. I stopped her (which took a few tries, since she had no intent of letting me speak) and stated that we had never talked before. She argued with me and said, "let me check my phone records, we spoke for 15 minutes last week". We did not speak before. I went ahead and said what days the initial call was and gave the time for each one. She then argued that she talked to me Tuesday, which had never happened. Then she started to give me the name and situation for someone who was not me. So finally, she did agree that she didn't talk to me before. Then she started to ask me about why I was calling them, which I did provide a detailed writeup before the call. She started to say some things and then her phone cut off. I waited a few minutes and called back. Apparently, she didn't realize the phone had cutout and just talked the entire time. So she started to talk again, but her behavior was aggressive and she really didn't want to let me speak. Her phone cutout again and it gave me a few minutes to reflect. At that point, I was going to tell her I was no longer interested and would find a different attorney. I then called her back and she picked up and was talking right away. I asked multiple times to stop and then she yelled at me and said that she couldn't work with me. I have had better conversations with the DMV. Wouldn't recommend this lawfirm to my worst enemy.

I am at the end of a long workers comp case. Levi has been the best representative for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. On a recommendation from a family friend, I contacted Levi Wolf after a work injury. I had zero experience with worker compensation and in all honesty I was lost, hurt, and worried how I would pay the bills. After being contacted the day after my injury by the adjuster, and nurse from insurance company, I called Levi. My wife's case ended up at Wolf, Baldwin and Associates, after all medical records and doctor reports were handed to them on a silver platter. It was a slam dunk win, although only worth a max of $60,000. All they needed to do was settle the case. They botched it and delayed it for 3 years! All the while, being rude, unprofessional, and threatening to drop us as clients every time we said anything they didn't like. They refused to ever admit wrongdoing or be apologetic. Worse yet, they were allowing the defendants to run the show, allowing them to take their sweet old time responding to anything. I would never recommend these people to anyone. It seemed obvious to us that our case was not a priority, due to it's value.
