I contacted Atty Joel M. Wolff because I need represention against the City of Scranton because they want a temporary and permant easement on my property. Tried calling, but couldn't get an answer. Emailed Atty Wolf with a brief summery of my issue. To his credit he did call me the next day. I had difficulty hearing him, but it sounded like from the start he had no interest in representing me and at the end of our short conservation he told me more or less to just sign the easement over to Scranton. Without even sitting down with me to hear my concerns. He was recommended to me by another attorney group. I thought reading his information he would be a good lawyer with his municipal law experance and his military experience. But he left a fellow American, Senior Citizen and Veteran down. I have a call out to another attorney so hopefully I be ok. From my short discussion I cannot recommend Atty Joel M. Wolff.
