Hes a business lawyer. I had to use my aunts case for defence in a trespassing when invited from a tenet. For almost 8 months Used him and no results. My aunt was charged for what I was fighting for and a criminal lawyer set things strate in a few minutes. Sorry Mark. Wish you the best , school I went though said specialties and your no criminal lawyer is where its going. Even the local police told my aunt the facts. The local Kettering police said the same thing her defences lawyer said. This was within couple months. Im on eight months here with mark on I be better criminal lawyer with guidences.

I called the office explaining my situation and asked about setting up payment plans. I was told yes and made an appointment to meet the following day. Not only did they neglect to tell me on the phone that although you make payment arrangements, no action would be taken until costs were paid in full, but didn't let me tell all the necessary details of this complex situation, kept talking over me and telling me another way to address it even though in my case I cant. AND said to me "pull that mask over your nose or ill cut it off". Very rude and very unprofessional.

BEST LAWYERS IN KENTUCKY 5 CASES AND NO JAIL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Michael and Kirk are the best lawyers I have ever had when I went to them I had like five warrants barely any money And knew I was going to jail and no one could stop it Well Michael and Kirk set me down went through the Different options I had and a year later I have no Warrants Did not go to jail and finally got my life back straight and during the whole time they never lied to me like other lawyers do telling you you won’t go to jail I promise I’ll take care of you just give me the money and I’ll take care of this they never told me any of that they told me they would do their best to keep me out of jail which I think says a lot about their integrity that they’re not gonna promise you something that they are not for sure they can keep And on top of that other lawyers I called told me it would be 5 to 8 grand to take care of my cases not Michael Kirk and Mark(mark is Michael dad that also is a lawyer there but I call him the yoda of the firm to my friends and family cause he knows all and does all) they told me we will figure out the money but first let’s get your life back and get these warrants off your back they took what I could give them and worked like I gave them 100 K not to mention in the middle of all this I went to jail and Kirk literally went to the child support office and told them they needed to write out a paper to have me released From jail and brought it to the jail his self to make sure I was released Michael has literally helped me every step of the way it doesn’t matter what issue I have I can call him anytime and he will go to war for me full force I can’t put into words what these men have did for my life but rather it’s a measly warrant or you could get locked away for life they will fight for you the same way no matter what they are amazing lawyers and amazing people if I was facing the rest of my lifeThey are the only three people I would want by my side If you want people that care that will treat you like you’re their family and people that will Exhaust every resource to get you the outcome you want go to Michael Woloshinin law I wouldn’t promise anyone that they will get you out of any and everything but they will exhaust every resource every avenue with every Ounce of effort they have to make sure that you come out on the right side of things
