The process was quick for my mother, but it shouldn’t have been. She was at a red light that turned green, she slowly went across and an older male opposite race, slammed into her and admitted to running the red light. T-boned her. She’s a 15 year school bus driver that accident was right before the start of the school year. He broke her wrist and required two surgeries months of PT, permanent nerve damage and a metal plate in addition injured her shoulder. She took nearly a year to recover and her job forced her to resign when she ran out of disability insurance. Few months after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. So this accident was the start of a downward spiral of surgeries, treatments etc. Only reason I chose to write this review now is because the female lawyers words shaming and guilting my mother about the man who hit her have never left my mind in all this time. “You don’t want her to sue this nice old man for all he has”. Although she had nothing and had even less after he ruined her career, health and well being because he failed to stop at a red light. But at least she had 10K 😬 and a ton of medical bills including pain and suffering. I would NOT recommend this law firm. I cannot confirm why they were so hell bent on advocating for the older male who was not their client paying them. But it has not ever felt right in my spirit. Idk about all the positive reviews but I can confirm ours was not a positive experience. Needless to say yours may be but I still will not recommend to anyone I know love or even dislike.

My experience while working with this law firm was unpleasant because I feel my lawyer didn’t represent me to the best of his ability Because if he would have I wouldn’t be walking away with only $3200 and two herniations at the C3 C4 level and three just before you get to the buttock

They are handling my friend's case and since her opinion matters to me I couldn't let them represent me for my case. She said this is the second time she has gone to them for help after an accident. The way they handled the case the first time around is why she went back to them. Something that she is now starting to regret. The last time she spoke with the attorney representing her case he said he would call her back with an update within 2 weeks after he heard back from someone representing the party who is at fault. Well it's been months and he hasn't contacted her as of yet. When she calls him she gets no response or callback from him and even his assistant don't return her calls ever she said. I have witnessed her leaving messages for both of them back to back. She can leave a voice message for the attorney on his phone but she leaves the message for the assistant with the receptionist and still nothing. She knows and understand these cases take time but an update or callback when your client reaches out to you would be nice. She's just waiting for it all to be over with at this point.

No reply, 4 texts and 1 verbal communication with a receptionist, ZERO. Not a text or call, NO reply what so ever! I'm stunned and VERY disappointed!
