Obviously, this firm wasn’t for me. However, you are not able to get past the legal secretary and actually speak to a lawyer. The secretary sounded frantic and her speech became panicked. It was clear she put me on hold for 2 seconds and then said this was something her lawyers have never dealt with. There was no “free consult” for personal injury case. Only screen from a legal secretary who could not get basic information clear. Personally don’t recommend basic on first impression.
